Muschinski v Dodds 160 CLR 583[1] is a 1985 case law decision by the High Court of Australia in 1985. The case concerned the nature of constructive trusts.

Facts

Muschinski and Dodds were de facto partners. In 1975 Muschinski purchased a parcel of land in Picton, New South Wales under her own name. They later separated.[2]
