Muse is a planned apartment building condo development in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.[1] The 47-story condo building with 68 units is being developed by Property Markets Group and S2 Development. Each units will include a sculpture by Heidon Xhixha.[2] The tall and narrow building was designed by Carlos Ott.[1] The building will max out the permitted height for Sunny Isles Beach at 649 feet (198 m) above sea level,[3] and therefore be tied with the tallest buildings in the city.
