Nature and Youth Sweden (Template:Lang-sv, literally "The Field Biologists") is a Swedish organisation for youth interested in nature studies and environmental protection started in 1947[1] associated with the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation.[2][3] The organisation has around 3,000 members in the ages 6–25 organized in 30 subsections all over Sweden.[4]
Leaders sometimes encourage young members to avoid factory farmed food,[5] and young members have been involved in protests.[6] The organisation has published important texts on topics such as forestry preservation.[7]
The organization publish a magazine, Fältbiologen, focusing on topics about nature, research and environmental issues.[1]
