Naubolos Crater on Tethys, photographed by the Cassini probe

Naubolos is an impact crater on Tethys, one of Saturn's moons. Naubolos is 54 kilometers (34 mi) wide, and is located in the southern quadrant of Melanthius, whose crater is located to the east. Northeast is the larger Antinous. Further south is the south pole of Tethys.

Naubolos crater is named after the character Naubolus, father of Euryalus in Homer's Odyssey.[1] It was officially named on 22 April 2008,[1] as of August 2017, it remains to be one of the recently named features on Tethys.
