Ned Buggy (born 1948 in Wexford, Ireland) is a former Irish sportsperson.[1] He played hurling with his local club Faythe Harriers and with the Wexford senior inter-county team from 1970 until 1981.

Ned is also the warehouse manager in various rural manufacturing companies and is known to his peers as "The Patron Saint of Rural Audits".
