Nemoptera lusitanica (Leach, 1815)

Nemoptera bipennis is a species of slow flying insect in the family Nemopteridae or spoonwings. It is found in Spain, Portugal and France.[2] Nemoptera bipennis lives in calcareous areas with low vegetation.
