Neosalangichthys ishikawae is a species of icefish endemic to Japan. Originally placed in the genus Salangichthys, the species was assigned in 2012 to the monotypic genus Neosalangichthys.[1] This species grows to a length of 7.4 centimetres (2.9 in) SL.
