Nguyễn Văn Hiến (born October 15, 1954) is an Admiral, Vice Minister of Defense (Vietnam).

Nguyen Van Hien was born on October 15, 1954 at Gia Tan, Gia Vien, Ninh Binh, Vietnam. He joined the Communist Party of Vietnam on April 26, 1976 (official day on October 26, 1977).[1] He is a member of Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam 11th; Congressman in National Assembly of Vietnam.[2]

In December 5, 2011, he was the second Vietnamese was appointed Admiral of Vietnam People's Navy after Admiral Giáp Văn Cương.[3][4]
