Niewiesze [ɲɛˈvjɛʂɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rudziniec, within Gliwice County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north-east of Rudziniec, 19 km (12 mi) north-west of Gliwice, and 41 km (25 mi) north-west of the regional capital Katowice.

The village has a population of 202.
