Nonja Yvonne Huberta Maria Peters (born 27 February 1944) is a West Australian author and academic of Dutch ancestry.

Her books produced on migration and the Dutch presence in Australia have received wide acclaim.[1][2][3][4]

She has served on a number of Australian and Western Australian bodies,[5] as well as being head of the Curtin University centre Migration, Ethnicity, Refugees & Citizenship Research Unit [6]
