NOVA is a monthly feminine magazine published by Abril[1] and part of the international Cosmopolitan group.

The magazine was started in Brazil in September 1973. In agreement with publisher Abril, the magazine has a monthly circulation of approximately 400,000 copies. The content editorial of all of the editions is composed of the following themes: love/sex, life/work, famous people, beauty/health and fashion/style.

The reader profile of NOVA is a young woman, that she works out and between 18 and 49 years, of the classes A, B and C.[clarification needed]
