The Number Theory Foundation (NTF) is a non-profit organization based in the United States which supports research and conferences in the field of number theory.

The NTF funds the Selfridge prize which is awarded at the ANTS conferences, and is a recurring supporter of the West Coast Number Theory conference. The NTF will supply a prize of $500 for a counterexample to Selfridge's Primality Testing Conjecture.
