Odites lividula is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1932. It is found in Japan.[1]

The wingspan is about 18 mm. The forewings are glossy light pinkish-grey, with the extreme costal edge ochreous-whitish. The plical and second discal stigmata are cloudy and grey. The hindwings are light grey.[2]
