Odites praefixa is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1921. It is found on Java.[1]

The wingspan is about 16 mm. The forewings are ochreous-whitish. The stigmata are small and blackish, the plical obliquely beyond the first discal, the second discal larger, somewhat transverse. There is a pre-marginal series of blackish dots around the posterior part of the costa and termen. The hindwings are ochreous-whitish.[2]
