Okinoerabujima (沖永良部島) is an island in the political boundaries of Ōshima District, Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan and in the Amami Islands.

Two towns, Wadomari and China, govern portions of the island.

Okinoerabu Airport, in Wadomari, is located on the island.
