Okoppe (興部町, Okoppe-chō) is a town located in Monbetsu District, Okhotsk Subprefecture, Hokkaido, Japan.

As of 2007, the town has an estimated population of 4,545 and a population density of 13 persons per km². The total area is 362.41 km².
