Orphan Bird

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Alltat (talk | contribs) at 16:49, 14 June 2018 (It being the name of an episode in a TV show seems ridiculously irrelevant. If it was the name of the show, sure, but not just an episode.). The present address (URL) is a permanent link to this revision, which may differ significantly from the current revision.

The Orphan Bird (Orphanay, Rafanay) is a legendary bird from medieval bestiaries. It had a peacock's neck, an eagle's beak, a swan's feet, and a crane's body. It would lay its eggs in the sea. The good eggs would float, while the bad eggs would sink.[1]
