Ostrov is a village and municipality (obec) in the Ústí nad Orlicí District, Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 18.49 square kilometres (7.14 sq mi), and has a population of 598 (as at 28 August 2006).

Ostrov lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Ústí nad Orlicí, 56 km (35 mi) east of Pardubice, and 153 km (95 mi) east of Prague.
