Oswald William Denison (29 June 1905 – 15 November 1990) was a New Zealand rower.

He won the bronze medal at the 1938 British Empire Games as part of the men's eight.[1]

Competing at the same games was Oswald's father Walter Denison, who won a gold medal in Lawn Bowls in the men's pairs.
