Ou Est Le Swimming Pool are an English synthpop band from London. They have released three singles to date, with an album to follow in October 2010.[1]
In 2009 the band released and re-released their debut single, "Dance the Way I Feel" before supporting La Roux on their UK Tour. In 2010 the band released their second single, "These New Knights", and third single, "Jackson's Last Stand".
The band played at Glastonbury Festival and Bestival in 2009,[2] and supported La Roux on their tour in early 2010.[3] In May they played at Evolution Festival and Global Gathering in July 2010, along with a series of festivals all over Europe and Australia throughout the summer of 2010.
On August 20th, Charles Haddon, the lead singer of the band took his own life after a performance at Pukkelpop[4], Belgium.
