Sir Owen Thomas (18 December 1858 – 6 March 1923) was a Welsh politician who served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Anglesey.[1]

He won it from the Liberal Party in 1918 as a Labour candidate, was re-elected in 1922 as an Independent, but died in 1923 causing the Anglesey by-election, 1923.
