A pin is a device used for fastening objects or material together.

  • Award pin, a small piece of metal or plastic with a pin attached given as an award for some achievement
  • Bobby pin (also known as a kirby grip or hair grip in the United Kingdom), small double-pronged hair pin or clip, usually of metal or plastic, used in coiffure to hold hair in place
  • Clevis pin, a three-piece fastener system consisting of a clevis, clevis pin, and tang, similar to a bolt
