Pampaqucha (Quechua pampa a large plain, qucha lake[1] hispanicized spelling Pampacocha) is a lake in the Andes of Peru. It is situated in the Puno Region, Carabaya Province, Ajoyani District. Pampaqucha lies north-west of the mountain Hatun Pinkilluni.[2]
