Pangambam Nilakomol Singh

Pangambam Nilakomol Singh also known as Neelkamal Singh (born 1 June 1963) is regarded as "the first Olympian of Manipur (India)".[1] He represented India at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles in field hockey.[2]
