Pat Galloway

Pat Galloway (born 1957) is an American engineer.[1]

Education

Galloway holds a Purdue bachelor's degree in civil engineering, 1978,[2][1][3] an MBA from New York Institute of Technology[4] and a Ph.D. Kochi University of Technology, 2005.[3] She is a certified PE (Professional Engineer).[5]

Career

CEO of Nielsen-Wurster Group.[1] In 2013, Galloway created a proposal for engineering education reform for the American Society of Civil Engineers that has been hailed as "groundbreaking" by the president of Georgia Institute of Technology,G. Wayne Clough.[6] Galloway has served on the US National Science Board, 2006-2012,[7] was elected into the National Academy of Construction[4][8] and was the first Woman president of ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers (2003-2004).[1][8][9]
