Paul Nathan Seal (born February 27, 1952 in Detroit, Michigan) is a former American football tight end in the National Football League. He was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the second round of the 1974 NFL Draft. He played college football at Michigan.

Seal also played for the San Francisco 49ers.
