Paulo Mandlate (born 4 February 1934) is a Mozambican clergyman, who was the Bishop of Tete. Ordained as a priest by the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament on 6 January 1968, he was appointed Bishop of Tete on 31 May 1976, and was ordained on 26 September of that year. He retired as bishop of Tete on 18 April 2009.[1]
