Luiz Paulo Teixeira Ferreira (Paulo Teixeira) is Federal Deputy and leader of Partido dos Trabalhadores (Workers' Party) in the Lower House of the Brazilian Parliament. Lawyer and Master of Science in Constitutional Law from University of São Paulo, he was also Municipal Secretary of Habitation and Human Development (2001–2004); State Deputy twice (1994-1995 / 1998-2000); City Councilman in São Paulo (2004–2007); and Federal Deputy since 2007.
