The peacock coquette (Lophornis pavoninus) is a species of hummingbird in the family Trochilidae. It is found in Venezuela and adjacent areas of Brazil and Guyana.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forest and heavily degraded former forest.
