Pedro Miguel Rodrigues Neves (born 1968), known as Pedro Miguel, is a Portuguese former basketball player who played as a guard.

Pedro Miguel first played for Vasco da Gama and FC Porto. He achieved the best results of his career for Benfica, during the "Eagles" basketball golden era, being one of their best players, among Carlos Lisboa and Jean-Jacques. During this time, he won 5 National Championships, from 1991 to 1995, and 5 Cups of Portugal. Pedro Miguel was the capitan of Benfica when he had to leave competition, in Abril 2000, aged only 31, due to a serious injury.

He was also a leading name for Portugal, from 1988 to 1998, playing 84 matches.
