Pedro Osório is a small Brazilian town in the southeastern part of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Its population in 2004 was 8,191. It is located on the junctions of Cerrito and Olimpo. The municipality was founded on April 3, 1958 from the municipalities of Canguçú and Arroio Grande. Cerritos separated in 1996.

The municipality is by the Rio Piratini. Its population is largely of Italian and Lebanese descent.
