Pennsylvania Senate, District 38
Pennsylvania State Senate District 38 includes part of Allegheny County. It includes the following areas:[1]

District 38 was redrawn in 2011 after the 2010 census and now incorporates most of what was the 40th district. Prior to the redraw, this district was represented by Jim Ferlo.[2][3] Redistricting placed Highland Park in the district of incumbent Republican, Jane Orie and later Randy Vulakovich, who replaced Orie after an ethics charge.[4] The easternmost portions of the previous 38th district were absorbed the district represented by Democrat Jay Costa.[3] A current map of this district and other PA senate districts can be found on the PA Redistricting Commission site.
