The Peru poison frog (also Peruvian poison frog or Peruvian poison-arrow frog; Ameerega petersi) is a species of frog in the family Dendrobatidae[2][3] It is found in eastern Peru (Ucayali River and Huallaga River basins) and western Brazil (Acre state).[3] Its natural habitats are primary premontane and lowland moist tropical forests.[1]
