Petr Straka (born June 15, 1992) is a Czech professional ice hockey player currently playing for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms of the American Hockey League (AHL). He was selected by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 2nd round (55th overall) of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. However, the Blue Jackets did not sign Straka to an entry level contract and he was not selected in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. Straka became a free agent and on April 11, 2013, was signed to a three-year entry-level contract by the Philadelphia Flyers.[1] Straka made his NHL debut on January 27, 2015.[2]
