Pewel Wielka [ˈpɛvɛl ˈvjɛlka] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Jeleśnia, within Żywiec County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) east of Jeleśnia, 11 km (7 mi) south-east of Żywiec, and 71 km (44 mi) south of the regional capital Katowice.

The village has a population of 1,548.
