Phiala costipuncta is a moth in the Eupterotidae family. It was described by Herrich-Schäffer in 1855.[1] It is found in Angola, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi , Namibia, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Gambia and Zambia.[2]
