Sir Philip Drury Moor (born 15 July 1959), styled The Hon. Mr Justice Moor, is a British High Court judge.

He was educated at Canford School and Pembroke College, Oxford.[1]

He was called to the bar at Inner Temple in 1982. He was made a QC in 2001, recorder from 2002-2011, and judge of the High Court of Justice (Family Division) since 2011.
