Phragmacossia territa is a species of moth of the Cossidae family. It is found in Lebanon, Syria, Israel, Jordan, Egypt, Iran, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.[1]

Adults have been recorded on wing in August and December in Israel.
