Phrynobatrachus parkeri is a species of frog in the Phrynobatrachidae family. It is found in Democratic Republic of the Congo, possibly Republic of the Congo, and possibly Sudan. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, heavily degraded former forest, ponds, and canals and ditches.
