Phyllonorycter platani is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is found in Europe, the Near East and the eastern Palearctic ecozone, as well as California.

The wingspan is 8–10 mm. The moth flies in two generations from mid June to November. [1].

The larvae feed on Platanus.
