Pimple Hill is a summit in Monroe County, Pennsylvania, in the United States.[1] With an elevation of 2,195 feet (669 m), Pimple Hill is the 204th highest summit in the state of Pennsylvania.[2]

A surveyors' station of the U.S. National Geodetic Survey was located atop Pimple Hill.[3]
