Plain Rap is the third studio album by Los Angeleship hop group The Pharcyde. The album was released on November 7, 2000 on Edeltone Records. The album features production from Showbiz of D.I.T.C., J-Swift and the group themselves. Much like Fatlip after the group’s previous album Labcabincalifornia, Slimkid3 (also going by his birth name of Tre Hardson) left the group after the album was released to pursue a solo career.
