Pygomeles is a genus of skinks endemic to Madagascar.[1]

Classification

There are two species:[1]

Etymology

The specific names, braconnieri and petteri, are in honor of French naturalist Séraphin Braconnier and French zoologist Francis Petter, respectively.[2]
