Qin Kai (Chinese: 秦开), was a general of the state of Yan during the Warring States period of China. He was once sent by Yan to Donghu as hostage. Later, He returned to Yan. In around 300 BC, He defeated the Donghu and conquered the Liaodong Peninsula from Gojoseon. in Jianchang County, be found a relic of Yan (state) period.

Qin Kai became the new ruler of Donghu people and Liaodong Peninsula. Later Lu Wan (盧綰) join to Donghu people.

Qin Kai was grandfather of Qin Wuyang (秦舞陽).
