The R365 is a Regional Route in South Africa that connects Porterville and Lamberts Bay.

Its north-western terminus is at the R364. From there it heads south-east through Leipoldtville to meet the R366. The two are co-signed heading south-east briefly, before the R365 diverges heading east. It quickly bends south-south-east, and crosses the N7 to reaches its southern terminus at Porterville at the R44.
