The R700 is a Regional Route in South Africa. Its northern terminus is the R59 at Hoopstad. From Hoopstad, it runs south-east, to Bultfontein. In the north of the town, it meets the R710 at its south-western origin. It also meets the R708 at a staggered intersection. It leaves the town heading south. Its next intersection is also a staggered one, with the R703, near the town of Soutpan, which it bypasses to the east. From Soutpan, it continues south, crossing the N1 on its way into Bloemfontein, where it ends it route in the city centre at an intersection with the N8
