RTSS stands for Réseau de télécommunications sociosanitaire. It is the internal network of the health sector of the province of Québec and administered by Québec's Ministry of Health and Social Services.[1]

All hospitals, CLSCs, and many CHSLDs are connected together so they can share information and services.
