Rabia Belhaj Ahmed (Arabic: ربيعة بالحاج أحمد) is a Paralympian athlete from Tunisia competing mainly in categories T20 and F20 events.

In 2009, Rabia was the World Championships in 400m hurdles and long jump and she still the owner of IP world records in 400 m hurdles.

She competed in the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London, UK.
