Rachel Parris is a British comedian and musician.

Parris presented the fourth series of Thronecast,[1] and was cast in the BBC show Murder in Successville.[2] She stars in The Mash Report on BBC Two.[3][4]

She began improv comedy in 2007 and musical comedy in 2010.[5][6] She is part of the cast of the Austentatious improv group.[7] She won runner up placing in the annual Musical Comedy Awards competition in 2012, and has since headlined shows of theirs each year.[8]

Parris hosted A Girl's Guide to TV, a comic guide to how women can get ahead in television which first aired on BBC2 on 10 June 2018.[9]

Parris holds second-class (2:1) Music BA (Hons) from the University of Oxford and a master's degree from the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama for acting.[10]

Personal life

As of April 2018 Parris was in a relationship with fellow comedian Marcus Brigstocke.[11]
