Rachel Perry Welty is an American artist specializing in oversize collage work. Her materials have included twist ties, a year's worth of price tags, stickers found on fruit, and herself. Art critic Jerry Saltz has written that her work "not only grappl[es] with consumerism but [she is] just about swallowed whole by it."[1]

A graduate of the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, she shows with Yancey Richardson Gallery in New York City, Gallery Joe in Philadelphia and Barbara Krakow Gallery in Boston.[2]
